What makes it different from any other breastfeeding top

Most breastfeeding tops solve one inconvenience at a time: a neckline that pulls aside, a clip at the strap, or extra fabric designed to be lifted or moved.

The ELLAH Quick Feed Top was created to solve the entire feeding experience.

It brings one-handed zip access, an integrated bra and built-in breast pads together in a single, considered garment. No clips. No layers. No separate bra. No searching, adjusting or undressing before you can feed.

This is feedingwear: clothing designed around the reality of breastfeeding, without asking women to compromise on comfort, confidence or personal style.

The Quick Feed Top was not adapted from an existing activewear design. Every element was developed from the ground up with feeding as its primary function.

The one-handed zip

The front zip is designed to open with one hand -because the other is often holding your baby, supporting their head, or carrying everything they need.

With one simple motion, it provides direct access for feeding without pulling fabric aside, reaching for a strap or searching for a clip by feel. Whether you’re walking, having coffee or in the middle of a conversation, you can respond to your baby quickly, 

The built-in bra: what it does and what it doesn’t

The Quick Feed Top features an integrated bra made from soft, OEKO-TEX® certified polyamide, chosen for its stretch, recovery and ability to adapt comfortably to a changing postpartum body.

There are no underwires, rigid cups or restrictive bands. Instead, the bra provides light-to-medium support that gently moulds to your bust without compressing it. Because breast fullness can change throughout the day—and even from one feed to the next—the fabric is designed to move, stretch and recover with you rather than resist those changes.

When the top is zipped, the outer fabric adds another layer of hold, providing greater support than the internal bra alone while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel.

The result is support designed for everyday life: walking, feeding, playing with your baby, running errands and lower-impact movement. It is intended to remain comfortable across a full day, not hold you in through rigid structure or compression.

Sizing note: Choose your size based on your body measurements rather than your cup size. With no structured cups or underwires, the integrated bra is designed to accommodate a range of cup sizes within each garment size. Refer to the full fit guide for more detailed guidance.

The breast pads: built-in and staying put

The Quick Feed Top has foam breast pads built into the top. They are non-removable, and that’s intentional.

Most mums who’ve used separate nursing pads know the experience: fishing them out before a feed, repositioning them after, finding them somewhere in the wash. The ELLAH pads stay where they are. They’re sized to sit flat and cover comfortably across most breast shapes and absorbent enough to handle leakage. The foam is free from BPA, PFOA, latex, and phthalates.

The fabric: what it’s made from and why

Every material in the Quick Feed Top was selected for a specific purpose—how it feels, how it performs and how it supports the integrated feeding system.

The outer fabric is a custom-milled cotton rib made from 93% cotton and 7% elastane. Its substantial weight creates a smooth, figure-fitting silhouette without feeling bulky, while the rib structure provides the stretch and recovery needed to move with your body and retain its shape over time.

The integrated bra is made from 80% polyamide and 20% elastane and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning the fabric has been tested for a wide range of harmful substances. This material was chosen only after extensive consideration to the functionaity and performance. Its softness, stretch and recovery allow it to adapt to changes in the bust, while its stability prevents the fabric from distorting around the feeding openings—an essential detail in making the system function as intended.

The front lining is made from 92% cotton and 8% elastane, creating a soft layer between the integrated bra and the outer fabric. Our garments are also made using OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified dyes. 

For the main body of the top, ELLAH chose not to use conventional synthetic performance fabrics or chemical moisture-wicking finishes. Instead, we prioritised cotton for its softness, breathability and natural feel against the skin—particularly in a garment worn so closely by both you and your baby. Where a technical fibre was necessary, as in the integrated bra, certified polyamide was selected for the stretch, support and structural performance the design required.

Sizing

The Quick Feed Top comes in S (AU 6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16), and XL (18). Size by your body, not your bust. The ribbed fabric gives you room to move within each size, and the built-in bra works across cup sizes without underwire or structured cups.

What feedingwear actually means when you’re wearing it

The difference between feedingwear and an activewear top with a nursing feature is not simply how it opens. It is how completely feeding has been considered in the design.

The Quick Feed Top requires no planning, layering or compromise. You wear it like any other top and move through your day without thinking about what is underneath, where the access is, or whether a clip will cooperate.
