No. ELLAH was created to eliminate the extra layers and is an all-in-one system. With a built-in bra and integrated nursing access, you can simply put on one top and go.

Size based on your normal clothing size, not your bra size. Each size accommodates a range of fits. Choosing your usual size will give you a close, sculpted feel, while sizing up offers something slightly more relaxed. If you're between sizes, go smaller for more structure, larger for more ease.

Yes. The internal bra is wire-free, soft stretch fabric with no cup sizing. It moulds to your shape and recovers well, whether you're pre-feed, post-feed, or anywhere in between. The ribbed cotton main fabric also stretches and recovers, making the top suitable for fluctuating busts and body sizes.

There are no cup sizes. The internal bra adjusts to your shape within each size, designed to comfortably accommodate a range of busts. It will sit lighter on smaller busts and more snug on larger ones.

The foam breast pads are built in and stay put. They sit flat under the fabric and are sized to cover most bust shapes comfortably (S–M: 13 cm diameter / L–XL: 14 cm diameter). Pads are free from BPA, PFOA, latex and phthalates.

The main fabrication is a soft, custom-milled cotton rib (95% organic cotton, 5% elastane). It's a heavier weight fabric designed to sit close to the body with a flattering silhouette, while the ribbing provides stretch and recovery. The internal bra is made from polyamide and elastane.

With proper care, no. The ribbed cotton blend has good stretch and recovery, and your top should hold its shape wash after wash.
