Size Guide
ELLAH is an athleisure piece with an intentionally close, supportive fit, designed for everyday wear and light to medium exercise. Soft stretch ribbed fabric and a built-in bra provide gentle support and shaping, with easy breastfeeding access.
Find your size
Start with your usual AU clothing size, then consider your bust size and preferred fit using the guidance below.

Choose your preferred fit
For the intended supportive fit: Choose the ELLAH size that corresponds to your usual AU clothing size. For a more relaxed feel: Consider one size up. This provides additional room through both the outer top and the built-in bra. Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
Fuller-bust guidance
DD cup and above? Consider one size up for additional room through the bust and built-in bra.
Cup size is one part of finding your fit. Your clothing size, breast shape, body proportions and preferred level of firmness also influence which size feels best.
If you are between sizes and following the fuller-bust guidance, choose one size up from your usual size, not an additional size up.
Why no cup sizes or wires?
We intentionally designed ELLAH without wires or fixed cup sizes, choosing soft, flexible fabrics that accommodate a range of bust shapes and changing fullness throughout breastfeeding.
Clothing size provides a simple starting point, while your bust size and preferred fit help guide your final choice.
What should the fit feel like?
Expect the close, supportive feel of athleisure, with a firmer feel through the internal bra than an ordinary casual top.
The fabric should stretch with you and allow comfortable movement. A supportive fit should not feel painful. If it does, a different size or fit may suit you better.
Built-in support
The soft, wire-free internal bra provides light-medium support, alongside integrated foam breast pads. Stretch and recovery allow the fabric to adapt to changes in fullness between feeds.
ELLAH is designed for casual wear and light to medium exercise. Your preferred level of breast support will depend on your bust and the activity.

Outer: 93% custom-milled cotton, 7% elastane ribbed blend, custom-milled for softness, stretch and recovery. Made using OEKO-TEX® certified dyes.
Bra: Soft, stretchy nylon fabric for flexible, wire-free support. Made using OEKO-TEX® certified fabric and dyes.
Lining: Cotton-jersey. Made using OEKO-TEX® certified dyes.
